- You contact
FairRoofing.
- I get back to you by email and will initially ask you to take a few
pictures of your roof from the ground and email me.
- We exchange a few follow-up emails/texts to help me better understand
your needs.
- You get a very detailed estimate from me by email.
- If you want to continue, I will send a roofing inspector (not a
salesman)
to inspect your roof and make sure there will not be anything unforeseen
with your roofing installation. You do not even need to be home for the
roofing inspection.
- I will become your roofing concierge for any questions before,
during, and after your roofing installation.
- You will be able to watch your new roof being built live on a cam.
You will also get detailed before/after pictures of all the aspects of your
new roof being built.
